On the topic, the SCD wasn't that revolutionary... I suppose if I make software that allows piracy and then suggest that people use it for piracy, I'm kind of guilty.
The next step: write open-source software for filesharing that isn't advertised. Wait until someone else shares it with the world in a public journalistic forum as a p2p solution. That probably isn't covered by the ruling.
